Tasha Graff lives and writes on the coast of Maine. She thinks a lot about birds but is not a birder. She is a voracious reader and a fan of her local independent bookstores and the Portland Public Library. She talks with her brother on Sundays even though he lives in the other Portland (Oregon); sometimes she even visits him. She holds an MA in English literature from the Bread Loaf School of English and a PhD in Public Policy from the Muskie School of Public Service. A nominee for Best of the Net in 2016, her poetry can be found in various journals online and scribbled in notebooks next to grocery lists. When she's not traveling, reading, writing, cooking, or walking her dog Lulu, she is a public high school teacher.
